MAPS (Managed and Automated Protein Searches) is a service that allows researchers to submit an unlimited number of MS files to multiple, leading search engines. It then merges the search results to achieve maximum identifications at lowest possible false discover rates (FDRs), all within two hours, no matter how many files are submitted.
Since MAPS is offered as a "pay-as-you-go" service, researches have access to world-class search infrastructure without incurring significant up-front costs and months of delays in setting up a working IT infrastructure.
