In this poster, Johns Hopkins University and Integrated Analysis present two different techniques for protein redundancy removal and compare the strengths and weaknesses of each. Then, an overall architecture is prototyped and demonstrated that combines protein redundancy removal (based on homology similarities) with actual MS evidence for the peptides observed.
