ASMS 2010. Booth 2. Check out "Johns Hopkins University" Demo
We'll be at Booth #2, and you can't miss us. As you're exiting the sessions and entering the posters/booth room, we'll be directly in front of you. Look for the title "Integrated Analysis: Beginning-to-End Solutions".
We'll be unveiling for the first time the following five new modules that comprise our PASS Suite:
- label-free quantitation using MS1 data, using programs developed originally in Aerbersold lab
- protein redundancy removal
- cloud-based / cluster-based searching (under 2 hours no matter how many files!)
- inexpensive, secure storage of terabytes of data
- semi-automatic processing, storage, and distribution of results to comply and exceed latest top journal guidelines
As well, we will have a live system set up against one of client datasets, the John Hopkins NHLBI data set. Please ask us to showcase the analysis that our client did for a series of clinically oriented studies, which will include reports covering everything from biomarker discovery to PTM analysis to spectra viewing.

President's Obama's Challenge Grants (< 1 % success rate) won by two Integrated Analysis clients. Bioinformatics portion awarded to Integrated Analysis.
Two of Integrated Analysis's clients win Obama's Challenge Grants, and the bioinformatics portion of each grant was awarded to Integrated Analysis. Gautam Saxena, CEO of Integrated Analysis, had this to say of the awards:
"We are extraordinaly proud of our clients. The grants were significant in size and prestige -- less than 1% of applicants were accepted. We like to think that the Integrated Analysis software that our clients' researchers used helped them quickly and accurate produce publications and results which ultimately helped them win the Challenge grants. The fact that our clients are now using the Challenge grant money to further invest in us is one of the other things we're extremely proud of -- more than anything else, the continued investment testifies to the quality of our products and services that we have delivered and continue to deliver to them."
