Customization: Customizing for Advanced Statistical Analysis

A children's hospital in Arizona was conducting a phase I / pilot proteomics study. They needed to perform unique, advanced statistical analysis of their data that no prebuilt software package contained.

And, they needed to present the statistical data in a manner that non-statisticians could understand and interpret.

Integrated Analysis's professional services worked with the different parties -- the MDs, the multiple MS labs and their MS experts -- to build a custom solution which captured the statistical analyses required for the study.

Because Integrated Analysis grew out of a consulting organization that specialized in high-end consulting for some of the most demanding firms/Fortune 500 companies, IA had no difficulty meeting and exceeding the client's needs.

After analyzing the specific study, Integrated Analysis first considered many different statistical approaches and analysis paths, and then decided on the best one for the study. Statistical routines applied included "two-way repeated measures Anova for four groups", Tukey Tests, and Blad-Altman plot, among others.
