Integrated Analysis has built our product almost exclusively through direct interaction with researchers. In fact, many of our deployments are, essentially, informal consulting engagements in which we work with our clients to ensure their success in completing a project. As a result, our products are "battle-tested" to include all the big and little features needed in a software solution whose goal is to let researchers do everything from identifying proteins and peptides of interest (for biomarker discovery, for example) to presenting and/or publishing results.
